At CAS high emphasis is placed on maintaining a good working relationship with our employees. Working in partnership with Alastair White Associates, we ensure that every precaution is taken to provide a safe working environment for all staff.

All new recruits are given training in Health & Safety issues and on site training relating to their duties.

We also place priority on employee retention recognising its importance and endeavour to provide favourable terms and conditions within the industry. We promote from within whenever possible, working supervisors and mobile supervisors have been promoted to their current positions within the company.

CAS operates team building events such as an annual football match which all staff are encouraged to participate in and support.

A large proportion of our work is within local communities and we endeavour to recruit from within the area, wherever possible. This provides not only a service, but also local jobs for local people.
